Although Sam was only ten years old when he started this business, he started it because he had grown tired of eating the same old flavoured popcorn that left a sugary, over-sweet taste in his mouth.  He decided to try and make his own natural, fresh and delicious popcorn from the best local ingredients he could find. After a lot of trial and error he developed what he thought was the best handmade gourmet popcorn on the market.  He then took his popcorn to the market so he could prove he was right. As usual, he was!
